I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were large, very clean, modern, and comfortable with 2 balconies that offered views of different streets. The location was fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the Cathedral and close to various attractions in the city center. However, the lack of sound insulation was a drawback. The dining experience was decent, though not exceptional. The staff was efficient but lacked a warm and friendly touch.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean, boasting huge beds with crisp white sheets, which was lovely. However, the room was much too hot and the walls were so poorly insulated that noise was a significant issue. The service was a bit hit-and-miss with very nice and helpful staff but some appeared annoyed when I raised certain concerns. The location was excellent, conveniently close to major sites in Valladolid and the city center. The dining options were limited to traditional Spanish items, presenting a small drawback. Although the facilities were good, there were a couple of downsides worth noting.
